 WARRANTY 
The warranty offered and honoured
by Radio Mini-Page, are that offered by the manufacturers of the pagers sold by Radio Mini-Page. When a customer
comes with a pager that does not work well, the first inspection is done in our store. If the problem is minor and
can be corrected without shipping the pager to the manufacturer, the repair will be done immediately or in the next few hours, usually at no cost if no
replacement parts are required.
Various parts for most of our pager models are available in our store at
a minimal cost. Usually, no labour charges are requested for minor repairs.
Pager warranty usually covers the following aspects: all the electronic parts such as the on/off buttons, the LCD, the reception
module, etc. However, the physical aspect of the pager such as the casing , the
holster, the exterior window etc. are not covered by the warranty. Also, any liquid that infiltrates the
pager cancels the warranty automatically. The purchase of a used or new pager will be offered, allowing you to finish your term.
It is very important to take note that there is a difference between the pager service and the pagers themselves. If there is an accident, a loss or if the pager is stolen, the pager service is not cancelled or credited. It is the customers' responsibility to replace the
lost device by another pager to continue the service. |
