 OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
The payment terms accepted by Radio Mini-Page for pager
sales are cash, debit cards, Visa and MasterCard.
It is also
possible to renew your paging services through your bank, Caisse Populaire,
automatic teller, AccesD, Telnat CIBC Online or any other online payment
method. Our merchant number is SIPC:1503. It is very important to
include your pager's telephone number on your payment.
Service
contract renewal payments may also be done by check and sent by mail.
Purchase terms are the following: 
Equipment purchase: Complete payment in cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard or by credit card on the Web site.
Renewal of numeric service: Complete payment must be done by the renewal date on the invoice at the latest. Payment may be
done in person or by mail.
Late payment policy: 
When a customer is late paying for numeric service
renewal, 3 consecutive calls will be sent to the pager and to any other number available to Radio Mini-Page from the
customer's file. When the customer returns the call, an arrangement can be
made to move the payment date to a more convenient time that satisfies both the customer and Radio Mini-Page.
On the other hand, if the customer does not return calls within 5 days of
the renewal date, the pager will be automatically disconnected.
Pager telephone numbers: 
Telephone numbers of our pagers activated on our regional
service are set aside for at least 2 months before they are put back
in circulation for other customers. This is to limit paging errors as much as possible. Naturally, these errors are out of our control. If a paging error problem is brought to our attention within 15 days of activation, your pager's telephone number will be changed free of charge.
However, any problem or number change other than those above specified will be charged at 10.00$ per change. |
